"We're going
now!"
Law & Disorder
With April 15th falling this week, our
minds turn to taxes...and those who try to evade them. That being said, we
have selected to rerun one of our most popular themes for the Boys. We are
scheduled to see:
 |
THE HOOSE-GOW (1929) with Stan and
Ollie incarcerated at a county work farm. Before long, the county
regrets their decision!
|
 |
NIGHT OWLS (1930) find the Boys as
vagrants who are pressed into service as cat burglars by Officer Edgar
Kennedy. Anytime Laurel and Hardy are required to do anything that
requires silence, laughs are sure to follow.
|
 |
THE MIDNIGHT PATROL (1933) features
our intrepid duo as police officers.
|
 |
THE SECOND HUNDRED YEARS (1927) has
the Boys doing hard time in prison while trying to break out at the same
time.
|
 |
SO YOU THINK YOU'RE NOT GUILTY
(1949) is an entry in the Joe McDoaks series from Warner Brothers that shows
what can happen when you try to fight a traffic ticket.
|
 |
THE ORGAN GRINDER (1933) is our
cartoon for the evening and features a cute homage to Stan Laurel and Oliver
Hardy (and is filled with great period music). |
If you have questions, please feel free
