This form will allow you to REGISTER and PAY on line. 

First, complete the REGISTRATION form.  The information you list here will be sent to The Perfect Day Tent.

Second, after sending the REGISTRATION form electronically, you will be prompted to go to the PAYMENT form.  All information you enter here will be sent to PayPal, and they will forward your selection information to The Perfect Day Tent.  If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to create one.  The process usually takes no more than a few minutes.  We will never see the credit card information or banking information that you choose to send to PayPal. 

PayPal will notify us of your selections, and of the amount you have paid.  You will not be registered to attend until we have received notification from PayPal of payment received.
