"We're going now!"

It's time to wrap up the summer with our traditional cookout and movie night.  The Tent will furnish all the food, door prizes and cake, so feel free to come "free."  The menu will feature hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, brats (the German kind!) and the usual side dishes (potato salad, cole slaw, potato chips and some other stuff).

Mark Turner will again be providing a wonderful film program for our entertainment.  If the weather cooperates, we will have the show outside.  If not, we'll use Rick's house as back up.  We should be finished around 10:00 pm.

In addition to our film show, there will be a brief update on next year's Convention.  This is a good chance to find answers to any questions you may have about going down there.  It's sure to be a great time!

We do ask that you bring a chair as seating is often at a premium.  And, while you're at it, how about bringing along a friend who may have an interest in Laurel and Hardy?

Rick's house is three houses east of the I-71 freeway at the Cooke Road exit (North side).  Look for the two stone pillars at the end of the driveway...possibly featuring "The Boys" (if weather permits).
