An Evening With Laurel & Hardy...And The Sons Of The Desert

A combination Tent Meeting and Community Presentation!  The Main Library of the Upper Arlington Public Library has been screening films for their residents as part of an on-going family movie series.  For this very special event, they have invited Rick Lindner to host a presentation of Laurel and Hardy short films.  He will also be providing details of the upcoming Convention 2004! 

This is a great opportunity to not only enjoy an evening with The Boys, but to also heighten community awareness of the Convention...and to maintain a connection through membership in The Perfect Day Tent.  Below is the announcement from the Library's web site:

An Evening with Laurel and Hardy and the Sons of the Desert
4/27/2004 7 p.m.
The Sons of the Desert are the official appreciation society of the classic film comedy team of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. The society holds a convention every two years, and this July the convention will be held in Columbus. Hear society member Rick Lindner give you a preview of the convention. Also screen several Laurel and Hardy short comedies.
